Joy
Joy is a gift from God, rooted in the teachings of Jesus. We understand that Joy is more than just happiness, it is a deep, contentment and gratitude that comes from knowing we are loved and valued by God, and by one
another.

Gentleness
Gentleness reflects love and compassion. It encourages us to approach others with care and respect, understanding that every person is unique and deserving of kindness. It helps us to speak thoughtfully, listen attentively and to act harmoniously.
