KS2 Homework Comments

An open-air attraction in North East England has been named 'Museum of the Year.'

You've visited many museums during your time at Boutcher, and perhaps some in your own time as well. Which museum has been your favourite to visit, and what made it stand out for you?

I went to the transport museum in covent garden with my family and that was my favourite museum because of how you could see the contrast and evelution of vehicles as they get newer. I enjoyed seeing the ol' steam trains 🚂 as they were powered by coal which was cool and it also had old buses but they had newer transport but what I especially enjoyed there was that you could sit on the transport which made it an immersive experience.

(Ademola, Year 5)

My favourite museum is the Natural History Museum because it was really fun making houses out of lego that were more environmentally-friendly. At the museum, it was really fascinating to see the different types of coral. I learned the difference between a crocodile and an alligator.

(Eleanor, Year 4)
